Unfortunately, there have been instances where scammers have called respondents and, posing as the “Rating” Sociological Group (Rating Group), have attempted to obtain personal information, such as passport details, residential addresses, and so on.
Rating Group condemns all forms of fraud and is committed to the principles of confidentiality and data security.
Check to see if you received a call from the official Rating Group number

What Rating Group never asks
Our companies: Rating Group, Rating Lab, Rating Online, and Rating Call Center never ask for your personal information:
- Full name
- Passport number
- Specific residential address
What questions might Rating Group ask?
Rating Group may ask general questions about certain sociodemographic characteristics. Most often, these include:
- Age, gender
- Region
- Type of settlement (but not a specific street, building, etc.)
- Level of education
- Self-assessment of financial situation
- Marital status, whether or not they have children
For certain types of research (focus groups, in-depth interviews), we may ask how you prefer to be addressed by name. However, we will never ask for your middle name or last name.

No, Rating Group never asks for your personal information.
We only ask for general sociodemographic information. Most often, this includes:

I received a call from people who identified themselves as the Rating Group, and they asked for my personal information
1. Stop the conversation immediately so you don't get scammed. These are scammers.
2. Please report this incident to Rating Group. To do so, email us at info@ratinggroup.ua or fill out the contact form below.

1. Респондентам дзвонить оператор і запитує, чи хочете Ви долучитися до опитування.
