Ukrainians are not satisfied with the strengthening of the hryvnia
52% of respondents do not approve of the decrease in the US dollar exchange rate that took place at the end of May. Only 20% consider this decision to be effective. According to the majority of respondents, this decision was driven more by the situation inside the country than by external factors.

- Fieldwork dates: 3–11 June 2008.
- Sample size: 2,029.
- Age: 18+.
- Margin of error: up to 3.3%.
- West: Volyn, Zakarpattia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Rivne, Ternopil, Chernivtsi.
- Center: Vinnytsia, Kirovohrad, Poltava, Khmelnytskyi, Cherkasy.
- North: Kyiv City, Kyiv, Zhytomyr, Sumy, Chernihiv.
- South: Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Odesa, Kherson, Mykolaiv.
- East: Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv.
- Donbas: Donetsk and Luhansk.
